Shipping and Delivery

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how all resin products, coatings, materials, tools, and rental equipment are processed, shipped, delivered, and received through LoneStar ProRes Distribution Company and LoneStar Rental Solutions Inc.

By placing an order, scheduling a delivery, or picking up any product or equipment, the customer acknowledges and accepts all terms within this policy. Our goal is to maintain transparency, ensure safety, and protect both the customer and our company from any liabilities related to transportation, delivery, or handling of our products.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and the nature of the items.

  • Orders placed after the daily cutoff time may be processed the following business day.

  • Delivery or pickup scheduling depends on product readiness, equipment availability, and operational capacity.

  • All delivery and shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

2. Delivery & Pickup Options

We offer several delivery and pickup methods:

  • Customer Pickup from our warehouse

  • Local Delivery within our service range

  • Commercial Carrier Shipping for select products

Delivery method may vary depending on:

  • Material type

  • Order size

  • Regulatory restrictions or handling requirements

Some resin and coating products require hazmat-compliant transportation, which may include additional requirements, limitations, or extended transit times.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted locations.
Rental equipment is not shipped and is only available through approved delivery or pickup arrangements.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

  • Provide accurate delivery information

  • Ensure the drop-off area is safe and accessible

  • Be available during scheduled delivery windows when required

If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect information

  • Unsafe conditions

  • Inaccessible location

  • Customer not present

→ Additional delivery, redelivery, or cancellation fees may apply.

We reserve the right to decline delivery to locations deemed unsafe or inaccessible.

4. Inspection on Delivery or Pickup

Customers must inspect all products and equipment immediately upon receipt.

Please check for:

  • Visible damage to packages, pallets, or equipment

  • Missing items

  • Shipment discrepancies

Any issues must be documented and reported promptly.
Failure to report concerns within a reasonable timeframe may limit our ability to support claims or replacements.

If a carrier marks a shipment as delivered but it cannot be located, we will initiate a carrier investigation. We are not responsible for theft or loss after delivery is confirmed.

5. Liability & Limitations

LoneStar ProRes Distribution Company and LoneStar Rental Solutions Inc. are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Weather

  • Traffic

  • Operational disruptions

  • Accidents

  • Natural disasters

  • Circumstances beyond our control

We are not responsible for damages caused by:

  • Improper handling

  • Incorrect storage

  • Misuse of resin or coating products

  • Failure to follow product instructions

Customers assume full responsibility for proper handling, mixing, installation, and application of resin/coating products after delivery.

Rental Equipment Liability

Upon receiving rental equipment, the customer is fully responsible for:

  • Condition

  • Usage

  • Safekeeping

  • Timely return

Damage due to misuse, improper operation, negligence, or failure to return equipment clean and functional may result in repair or replacement fees.

6. Freight Deliveries

Customers must ensure adequate unloading capability at the delivery location.

This includes:

  • Forklift or manpower when needed

  • Liftgate access if required

If a carrier cannot complete delivery due to unloading issues, additional fees may apply.

Refusing a delivery for reasons other than shipping damage may result in:

  • Restocking fees

  • Return shipping costs

  • Hazardous material handling charges (when applicable)

7. External Factors & Delays

Weather conditions, road closures, flooding, construction, or unforeseen delays may affect delivery timelines. These circumstances do not qualify for refunds or waived fees.

We reserve the right to reschedule deliveries when necessary to ensure the safety of our personnel, vehicles, equipment, and customers.
