Orders placed after the daily cutoff time may be processed the following business day.
Delivery or pickup scheduling depends on product readiness, equipment availability, and operational capacity.
All delivery and shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Some resin and coating products require hazmat-compliant transportation, which may include additional requirements, limitations, or extended transit times.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or restricted locations.
Rental equipment is not shipped and is only available through approved delivery or pickup arrangements.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Provide accurate delivery information
Ensure the drop-off area is safe and accessible
Be available during scheduled delivery windows when required
If a delivery cannot be completed due to:

Rental Equipment Liability
Upon receiving rental equipment, the customer is fully responsible for:

Timely return
Damage due to misuse, improper operation, negligence, or failure to return equipment clean and functional may result in repair or replacement fees.
6. Freight Deliveries
Customers must ensure adequate unloading capability at the delivery location.
This includes:
Forklift or manpower when needed
Liftgate access if required
If a carrier cannot complete delivery due to unloading issues, additional fees may apply.
Refusing a delivery for reasons other than shipping damage may result in:
Restocking fees
Return shipping costs
Hazardous material handling charges (when applicable)
